Oooooooh nee… verslapen. Ik kijk op mijn klok ’s morgens vroeg en er staat al half 9 op. Ik bel snel naar Christos en Maria om te melden dat ik wat later ben vandaag. Geen probleem blijkt zo. Maria komt vandaag zelfs niet en Christos was ook nog onderweg.

Ik haast me om zo snel mogelijk te kunnen vertrekken, maar ik moet een half uur wachten op mijn bus. In dit hondenweer! Bliksem en donder en regen die met bakken uit de lucht valt. Ik hoop dat het de volgende dagen toch wat beter weer wordt.

Op het kantoor verontschuldig ik mij voor mijn laattijdige aankomst. Geen probleem klinkt het langs alle kanten. Blijkbaar is dat wel normaal dat je eens per week iets later bent. Dat moet je in België niet proberen…

Op de middag bel ik vanuit het kantoor naar Antwerpen, naar mijn medestudent Frederick. Leuk om iets van hem te horen.

Christakis roept me op zijn bureau omdat ik eerder deze week al iets gevraagd heb betreffende de tussentijdse evaluatie. Hij zegt me dat we dit zullen afhandelen de 2e week van april, omdat het nu wat te druk is voor hem.

Ik begin te denken wat ik vandaag zal eten… Eigenlijk heb ik wel zin in Pizza Hut…

Oooooooh no ... overslept. I look at my clock it is already half past 8. I quickly call Christos and Mary to announce that I am a bit later today. No problem. Maria is not coming and Christos was still on his way.

I rush as soon as possible to leave, but I have to wait a half hour for my bus. In this pouring weather again! Lightning and thunder and rain pouring from the sky. I hope the next few days it will get better again.

At the office I apologize for my late arrival. No problem, it sounds from all sides. Apparently that is normal for you to be a bit later once a week. You should not try this in Belgium ...

At noon I call from the office to Antwerp, to my fellow student Frederick. Nice to hear something from him.

Christakis calls me to his desk because I had dropped something earlier this week on the interim evaluation. He tells me that we will handle this the 2nd week of April, because it is a little too busy for him at the moment.

I start to think what I will eat today ... Actually I feel like going to Pizza Hut...
